Ek Mukhi Rudraksha from Nepal, which is unique, powerful, and treasured by Lord Shiva himself. The Shiva Purana and ancient Indian sages both revere and value the One Mukhi Rudraksha. That’s the most lovely and fortunate bead. It has to do with good health, wealth, and wisdom. While the wearer is physically present in this dimension, all of his previous karma and penalties are removed, and he is set free.

Yogis regard Shivnetra, a single mukhi java bead with an oval form like an eye, as Shiva’s eye. Wearing it is a basic process. Clean the Ek Mukhi Rudraksha with Gangajal or fresh water. Face east and choose a quiet, neat location to sit. To create a spiritual mood, light a diya or candle and add some incense. Hold the Rudraksha bead in your right hand and repeat the chant 108 times.
The ek Mukhi Rudraksha bead has many advantages, such as radiating Shiva’s power and providing freedom from the cycle of rebirth; providing material prosperity and spiritual growth; enabling one to enjoy material wealth and pleasures without becoming dependent on them; removing the effects of sin and karma from the past; treating conditions like OCD, depression, anxiety, neurotic disorders, headaches, and others; and fulfilling the wearer’s wishes when worn or worshipped.

How Is Ek Mukhi Rudraksha Worshipped?
Before wearing Rudraksha, it should be washed and energized. This is achieved by singing the Rudrabhishek and Pran-pratishtha mantras, washing the beads, and making offerings of incense, sandal paste, and other materials.
“Om Namah Shivaya” is a single mantra for each mukhi. Rudraksha can be taken from the neck and reworn at any time while repeating these mantras at least five times. Poojan or Energising Rudraksha should be done on a regular basis, as prescribed by the shastras. The shastras prescribe two distinct vidhis to energize Rudraksha.
The First Vidhi (Ceremony for Wearing or Worshipping Rudraksha):
- Wear the Rudraksha on an auspicious day, preferably Monday.
- Cleanse the Rudraksha by washing it or sprinkling it with Gangajal or pure water.
- Apply sandalwood paste to it.
- Offer incense or dhoop.
- Present a white flower, touch the Rudraksha to a Shivling or Lord Shiva’s picture, and chant “Om Namah Shivaya” at least 11 times.
- Afterward, the Rudraksha can be worn or placed in the puja area.
The Second Vidhi (Protocol for Extensive Rudraksha Poojan or Sanctification):
The Rudraksha poojan can be performed by the wearer, their Guru, or a priest. Gather the following materials for the ceremony:
- Panchamrit (a mixture of unboiled milk, honey, sugar, ghee, and curd) or Panchgavya (cow dung, urine, milk, ghee, and curd).
- Gangajal in an Achumani pot, sprinkled with Kusha grass or a spoon (pure water can be used if Gangajal is unavailable).
- 9 Peepal tree leaves on a plate.
- A plate for offerings during the puja.
- Incense sticks and Dhoop.
- Fragrant oil with camphor and a lamp with sandalwood.
- Rice grains with Ashtagandha (preferably).
- Ghee lamp (one wick).
- Provisions: cloth, flowers, fruits, betel nut, betel leaves, and coconut.
